In February 2019, I managed BossBabe’s paid media strategy. During this time, one of the programs they launched was the Instagram Growth Accelerator course.

The course was launched with a traditional educational webinar > sales pitch funnel. We led up to the course launch with 7 days of webinar ads. Those ads brought in 7171 leads.
The webinar had a 45.05% landing page conversion rate and $1.15 cost per lead. Of the leads gathered (over 7000), the webinar saw a 33.5% show up rate.
The conversation rate from the live webinar was 8.52%. Retargeting post-webinar increased conversion to 9.90%.
The course sold for $1,999 or had a payment plan available (total cost with payment plan was $2099. The ROAS for this campaign was 51.3 (that is not a typo).
The webinar ads generated
This campaign was mainly profitable through Instagram Story ads as well as through in feed Instagram ads. Facebook ads were better for retargeting.
After the Live launch, the course funnel was put on evergreen and is a steady stream of passive income.
